However, I would like to show that behind Werner lies, above all, a family story.
My Beginnings
It all started on December 10, 1989—I was 7 years old at the time.
My father, Ireneusz Werner, founded a refrigeration company. He started with a single employee. Over time, more team members joined. He continuously invested in the company’s growth—it and our family meant everything to him.
For as long as I can remember, I accompanied my father at work. Despite my young age, he never pushed me aside, always trying to involve me in various tasks. During technical high school and summer breaks throughout university, I always worked in the family business.
At times, I found it hard to accept that my father expected more from me than from anyone else. Looking back, however, I truly appreciate that it was his approach and determination that taught me so much.
Continuing a Shared Vision
With the passing years and business growth, we made the decision to establish a joint-stock company. Werner Technik Sp. z o.o. was established on July 10, 2017.
My father always believed in me. He knew he had given me a solid education and passed on all his knowledge in the field of industrial refrigeration. His sudden passing cut our work together short. He was a good man, full of empathy and understanding. His greatest wish was for me to continue growing the company. Today, I realize how much I owe him. I continue to run the company, constantly focusing on development—just as he wished.
